• Access your tickets through your My Account page or the email your tickets were embedded at least 24 hours prior to the event to ensure entry.
• Download and save your tickets into your Apple Wallet or Google Pay. (Very similar to an airplane boarding pass or concert ticket)
• Make sure your mobile phone is fully charged.
• It is recommended to send each guest their own individual ticket if the party is arriving separately. This can be simply done so through transferring the tickets in your account.

Please note: To ensure the most fan friendly experience, please download and save the tickets to your mobile phone in advance. This will help ease any issues connecting to cellular data or Wi-Fi at the ticket gates.

Mobile Ticketing provides a safe and contactless environment for our fans. It also provides quick and easy entry while reducing the risk of lost, stolen, counterfeit, or forgotten tickets.
Adopting digital ticketing is fan focused on maintaining a safe fan experience with a quick and convenient entry into Baylor Athletic venues.
Mobile Tickets are individually bar coded allowing one scan per entry so any attempts to duplicate, alter, or sell any copies of the mobile ticket may result in admittance being refused to the event. Mobile ticketing provides heightened security by identifying counterfeit and stolen tickets.
Essentially, your phone is your ticket! It provides a contactless entry for the safety of our fans and staff. Mobile Ticketing also protects the integrity of your tickets to prevent fraud that often accompany PDF tickets.
For season tickets – tickets for each sport will be available a couple of weeks before the first home game.
For single game tickets – tickets will be available quickly after purchase. Tickets will be emailed shortly after the confirmation email.
No! All mobile delivery tickets must be displayed on your mobile device.

If you have ever purchased a ticket from the Baylor Athletics Ticket Office, then yes, you already have an account in our ticketing system.
If you are accessing your account online for the first time, click the “activate your account” link with your existing account number and PIN number.
If you do not know your password, click “forgot password” to have a recovery email sent to you.

Yes! You can swipe right or left through your available tickets at the venue if the entire party is present with you. For smoother entry, it is recommended to send each attendee their own individual ticket.
All guests must be present to use all the tickets for entry. Guests arriving at different times are encouraged to be sent their own individual ticket prior to the event.
Our venues are equipped with cellular services and Wi-Fi hotspots. However, to eliminate stress and worry, we recommend downloading your tickets prior to arriving. They can be saved directly in your Apple Wallet or Google Pay Wallet.
